Megan's 1st Haircut
Yes folks...I finally did it...I cut off "the mullet". Gary was not too happy about it. He didn't want it cut and was being stubborn and saying "no" just to say "no". So, as Megan played with Kirbie's brush standing the in the doorway of the bathroom in the hallway on Saturday morning...I snagged the scissors, gently put the "mullet" between my fingers and SNIP! It looks sooooo cute. She looks like a big girl and I did a mighty fine job too. The hair is now in a zip lock baggie...I'm sure some day it will get added to her baby book. Landen says it looks like an "A-line". So here's the new "do"...

How cute! Nice job too. Matt always cut Kooy's hair until this last time. It's so much cheaper...and while they're this young you really can't botch it too much. What does Gary say about it?
How fun! Mark was the same way, (still is)....always wants the girls to have long hair. (But I cut it whenever I feel the urge). She looks darling, as always!!
I love first haircuts! At least Miss Megan has enough hair to cut - we'll be waiting a long time for that treasure ziplock baggie full of hair! Sersiouly, I can't believe how big Megan is - where has the time gone? Love your blog - I'm so glad I'll be able to read up on you!
