Well happy 2010...it's the 19th and life is just cruisin' along...simple...easy...but nothing worthy yet of happy photos of the kids...they're happy and healthy alright...but you don't want to see a picture of that...do you?? I didn't think so. We're still trying to "get back on schedule", since all the festivities started happening right before Thanksgiving...we're almost there...our normal events are starting again...scouts, soccer, soccer...oh and soccer!!

So, I take this moment to blog/ramble (I seem to be moving down the list on my friends blog rolls...I gotta move up right?)...as I'm sitting home right now listening to the kids play Legos...it's quite a funny conversation listening to M...she loves to play house (dad, sister, etc.) and talks to her babies in the sweetest little voice. We've already played a game of "Candy Land", which half way along the trail M decided she was "bored". How does a 3yr old get bored of "Candy Land"??

Oh...why am I home on a Tuesday??? I HAVE PINK EYE...yes...ME. It started on New Year's Eve with M...then the next week My Hubby got it (BAD)...and now 1 1/2 weeks later I got it. It's gross. Just what I wanted was a trip to the doctor (more $$) and a prescription (more $$). The kids were supposed to have a play day...but chose to keep them home...didn't want to send cooties to our friends house. This stuff ain't fun.

So while I'm at home with "goopy" eye, yet enjoying my time with the kids...who stops by the house??? M's AWESOME babysitter!!! She felt so sorry for me...she brought "Dino bites" and a "premade" salad from COSTCO...to make sure I took care of her little girl and that I didn't forget to eat (or feed M). How SWEET is that? Who does that??? CONNIE...she is awesome and takes such good care of M on a day to day basis while I "slave" away at work...she's always so thoughtful. When I pick up M she's had surprises for me of fresh homemade jams, rolls, cinnamon buns, bread...we truly appreciate her!!!
Feel sorry for me??
