summer has come to a quick HALT. School started TODAY...I'm NOT ready. Not that I've been spending the summer days lounging around the pool..taking adventures to the parks...doing clever crafts with the neighborhood kids...(yes...I am JEALOUS of a certain BFF...won't mention any names)...I work full time in an office that is usually FrEEEEzing...but we've had some good times this summer....MeMoRiEs.
My lil' guy is in
5th grade now. He's growing up so fast and it FREAKS me out!! I worry about the things his pure little mind will hear/learn from other kids...but then I worry...is he THE kid other Moms worry about?? No...not my kid...no way!!
We took the ceremonial pictures this morning on the front porch...isn't he handsome???

Miranda...You are an amazing lady! And, do I need to remind you that you hosted one of the funnest nights of the entire summer for all of our favorite kids? And, you do so many fun things and have traveled all over this summer!!! I think you are the greatest!

LOVE the pic! Landen is great..and not at all the kid moms worry about! I do the same ceremonial first day of school pictures too. They're the best!
And it was fun to see you at the school this AM giving him the proper send-off!
